I’ve usee WHOOP and Oura in the past, but for the value, the AIO Sleeve is awesome. No monthly fees, which is great. Knowing that the heart rate variability monitor is EKG based is a game changer. Not many companies doing this. Thanks guys!

the AIO Sleeve tends to disconnect on my Samsung Galaxy S23. Mainly when I’m doing workouts and I have my phone on a bench or something. kind of annoying. But the HRV monitoring and stress level kind of makes up for it. if bluetooth issue was fixed this would be a perfect wearable
