Returning Your KOMODO Products

We are sorry that it has come to this. If You have already looked through our troubleshoot page, consulted our support staff and still want to return the product purchased, you can do so. Please follow the step-by-step return process outlined below as well as the Komodo Technologies sales terms agreement.

1. First, review the KOMODO sales terms and returns policy. This will eliminate any confusion and guessing down the line and the return process can be easy and painless. You can visit this link for more information.


2. Please fill out a product return form and follow the instructions found on this form. You will need to describe your reason for the return, provide your order number as well as other pertinent information. PDF of the product return form can be found HERE.


3. Safely pack the product, include a filled out product return form and ship it back to us. Shipping instructions are provided on the form.  Product must be shipped directly to the described address.


4. Once we receive the product, we will confirm with you and our support team will go through your claim.


5. If there is a defect with the product, our engineers will conduct a full inspection of the product based on your claim and reason for return. Please allow 5-10 business days for our engineering team to analyze the claim and conduct inspection.


6. Our engineers then file a customer return evaluation, which we will share with you. If deemed defective, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. For other reasons, you may be entitled to a partial refund.
