I was looking for a new wearable with a little bit more data and biomarkers and though the AIO Sleeve fit that criteria. I’m very satisfied for what I’m using it for. I mainly use the heart rate variability monitoring (which this device does great!) and EKG. The activity mode is not the greatest, just letting you all know. however I don’t really use it that much so it’s fine for me. It’s fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. So if you are looking for a hrv tracker only, this is the product for you.

I was so excited about this product and this company until I received it. I Couldn’t keep it connected long enough to use it. It was unusably big though my measurements we above the recommended minimum and I confirmed my measurements with them to be sure. The company told me that if I return it they MAY determine I deserve a refund. And even if they gave me one it wouldn’t include the way too expensive shipping charges and customs I paid for. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!
Even if it worked it doesn’t replace other fitness trackers. It only works when linked with your phone (which dropped as soon as I move a few steps away from my phone. It doesn’t count steps or calories or anything else. When you use it to measure sport, it is NOT using EKG like it is bragged. EKG is only measured when stopping for a few minutes to measure. A more exact EKG measurement when you turn it on and sit still is the ONLY advantage this product has but the information given about the reading is the least amount I’ve ever received from an HRV test. The sleeve part of this is just a gimmick. It could be solved with a watch-sized device and a longer lead if you want more exact measurements like the long sleeve (which only works if you continue to buy electrodes. You won’t want to wear the sleeve all day, and it wouldn’t be useful anyway. I can’t say anything about sleep mode because the 2 times I tried it disconnected immediately after I turned it on, and I didn’t notice until wanting to see the results the next morning.

I’ve been following and reading reviews about the AIO Sleeve for a while and wanted to put my two cents in. While it’s fairly new, and has some initial startup issues, to me it’s an absolute life-changer. I suffered a heart attack and my doctor recommended me a way to track ECG and HRV. While I know nothing about ECG, HRV makes more sense and this product allows me to measure it at any time. It also provides a way for me to easily understand it. The device even saved me a few times when I noticed my HRV was low for the better part of the day. I was able to seek help in a timely matter and avoid further tragedy. You need to give tech a chance, and if you do, this will be an amazing product for you. Thanks to the support staff for all your help!

Buyer beware. I should have noticed that there aren’t any recent reviews (nothing in 2022) before I bought one. I’ve been struggling to get this thing to work since it arrived. Customer service is not helpful. Connection to app continuously drops and when it actually obtains readings, they are bogus. Seriously, while this seems like a great way to gather and track important health-related data, it’s just not. Find a different product.

I’m a big fan of the product and the company. No monthly fees, they don’t sell your info, they aren’t a massive conglomerate. Will always support small companies like this over the pigs at Fitbit (owned by Google). YOUR HEALTH DATA IS BEING SOLD FOLKS. Don’t be fooled.

After much work, the support team was able to get me up and running. Have been using it for a few months now and I think it’s awesome! Love the activity history, stress level and food sensitivity test using HRV. would definitely recommend if you have patience for top notch tech

They shipped me a sleeve and it didn’t work at all. They shipped a new one and it took forever to arrive. Finally got it last week, and it works! hallelujah! but still a hassle with all this stuff. Still playing around but alright so far
